The problems area if existence small size injector was cleaning of needle, assembling & disassembling and cleaning of needle, assembling & disassembling and cleaning etc. due to structural problem of the machine, but disassembling method of HPI10/24 is very easy. you can disassemble needle one by one and the operator can easily assemble it again after cleaning due to Needle Unit Block.
