We add Japanese cypress, pine needles, Artemisia apiacea, and sesame leaves with malted rice to the brown rice, ferment them for 100 days and mature them for 180 days to produce whole rice fermented vinegar.
We sell glass bottles containing 370 ml of the vinegar packaged in paper boxes.
