Gangsan Pine Pollen Tea
Pine Pollen Tea is a natural drink made of pine buds collected from red pine tree buds from March till early April before pine pollen powders blow away.
Pine buds are fermented in earthenware for more than three years.
Gangsan Farm produces 100% natural food by fermenting wild grass raised and grown in our land in earthenware. We started to study wild grass since 1986 by looking into medicinal herbs, edible plants, and agricultural products. This led to the development of eco-friendly products such as red plum, wild grass enzyme, and pine pollen tea. We firmly believe in our philosophy to raise most of the wild grass by ourselves and fertilizers used for cultivation are by-products of wild grass fermentation. Mass production of wild grass enzyme, red plum tea, and pine pollen tea started in 1999 when we built our processing and production facilities. Since then, our product portfolio expanded to Mountain Breeze Raw Food, Mountain Breeze Drinks, Bellflower & Deodeok Mountain Herb, and One Thousands Years Wild Grass Essence. It is our philosophy to grow products with deep love for nature and humans.
