The anion is folyl-γ-PGA is strong and therefore calcium and iron are bound naturally and firmly during the fermentation process. That's why Ca-Folyl-γ-PGA, a bio-polymer with strong connection between minerals and vitamins(folic acid), is formed after the fermentation process.
